CodaKid Mac Software CodaKid-MC Editorial Review
The Mod Creation Essentials by CodaKid is an excellent educational tool for kids and teens interested in coding and modding Minecraft. The box comes with a redeemable code, an instructional card, and two stickers for students. The course aims to teach students how to mod Minecraft using software such as Codakid Project Manager, Forge MDK, JDK 8 (for code compiling), Pinta (a free image editor), and Eclipse (an Integrated Development Environment). Upon completing the course, students get to keep all the software, tools, and projects. The courses are engaging and age-appropriate, making learning to code and mod Minecraft an enjoyable experience. The customer service is also impressive, with the company reaching out to customers to ensure customer satisfaction. The course is specifically for the Java Edition of Minecraft and is only available for PC, which may not work for some customers. Although the box instructions suggest that everything’s included, some customers had issues with downloading the software from the course. In summary, the Mod Creation Essentials by CodaKid is an excellent gift for kids or teens interested in programming and modding Minecraft. However, customers should note that the product is only available on PC and ensure that their computer meets the minimum requirements before purchasing.
