Nutritionist's Take

Always Maxi Feminine Pads are designed for menstrual health, offering regular absorbency without wings, which some users prefer for comfort. These pads are unscented, reducing the risk of irritation from fragrances, which is a positive aspect for sensitive individuals. However, they may contain synthetic materials like polyester, which can be a concern for those seeking eco-friendly products. While they do not provide nutritional benefits per se, maintaining menstrual hygiene is crucial for overall health. Some critics argue that using disposable products contributes to environmental waste, which is a significant consideration for health-conscious consumers. Ultimately, while they may be suitable for many women, those with specific dietary or environmental concerns should explore alternative options, such as organic cotton pads or menstrual cups.
