The Facet Replacement Reverse Light Switch 76266 has garnered generally positive feedback from customers who have used it in various Volkswagen models. The Consistent praise revolves around its performance, with users reporting that it effectively restores the functionality of reverse lights, thereby fulfilling its primary purpose. Many have noted that the switch dimensions closely match the factory switch, which aids in a proper fit during installation. However, potential buyers should be wary of the installation challenge, particularly for the 2003 VW Jetta, where accessing the switch requires Considerable effort due to its location under the battery. Several users highlighted that using specific tools, such as a deep 22mm socket, can make the process easier, suggesting that having the right equipment is crucial for a successful installation. Some customers have pointed out compatibility issues for different models; for instance, this switch is not suitable for a 5-speed manual transmission MK5 VW, so vehicle owners should verify compatibility before purchase. Overall, the switch is well-received for its functionality, though customers should be prepared for a potentially challenging installation process depending on their vehicle model. **
