Midway Arcade Treasures 2 - Xbox

**** Midway Arcade Treasures 2 for Xbox is a nostalgic trip down memory lane for fans of classic arcade games. The collection includes beloved titles such as "Mortal Kombat 1-3" and "Gauntlet II," offering a variety of gameplay experiences that many players cherish. With a solid compilation of quality games, many users express appreciation for the sheer volume of content available, particularly highlighting games like "Cyberball" and "Mortal Kombat II" as standout titles. The graphics are generally praised for their crispness, bringing back a vibrant retro aesthetic. However, the experience isn't without its drawbacks. Several players reported issues with audio quality, describing it as muffled or scratchy, which detracted from the nostalgia of playing these classic games. Specific games like "Gauntlet II" drew particular criticism for their audio presentation, while others faced minor gameplay imperfections, such as shaky visuals in "Hard Drivin'." Additionally, some players were disappointed that certain iconic games were omitted from the compilation, suggesting that essential titles like "Moon Patrol" and "Burgertime" would have further enhanced the package's value. While there is a divide in reception regarding the collection’s flaws, many still find the games enjoyable and worthwhile, especially given the low price point. The Xbox version does have some quirks, such as remapped buttons that may limit gameplay for fans trying to access hidden features. Despite these issues, the Consensus leans towards a generally positive experience, as players appreciate the chance to relive classic gaming moments in a more affordable format. **
