Philips Avent Breast Shells & Creams SCF157/02 Editorial Review
Philips AVENT Comfort Breast Shell Set, 2 Pack, SCF157/02 is an innovative solution for breastfeeding mothers, designed to assist with milk catchment and nipple relief during nursing. These breast shells are equipped with a silicone backing that provides comfort while allowing for air circulation, which is a vital feature for sore nipples. Users appreciate the dual option of vented and closed shells, noting that the closed ones are preferable when going out due to potential leakage from the vented design. Many reviews highlight that while they are useful for catching excess letdown, they should not be worn for extended periods to prevent discomfort or clogged ducts, making them ideal for short-term use while at home with a nursing bra. These breast shells have garnered positive feedback for their effectiveness in reducing nipple soreness and facilitating healing without being too conspicuous under clothing.
