The Thomas and friends HDY59 Preschool Trains & Train Sets offer a fun and interactive play experience for children. This multicolour train set is compatible with standard wooden tracks, making it a versatile choice for young train enthusiasts. The set works well on hard floors and shorter carpet, providing a smooth and enjoyable playtime. One notable aspect of this train set is that it is a reboot version, meaning it has been updated for a refreshed look and feel. While some customers may prefer the non-cartoon version, the reboot design may appeal to children who are familiar with the updated Thomas and friends series. In terms of compatibility, this train set fits well with the Big Jigs wooden set. According to one customer, most wooden train sets are universal, so it can likely be used with other wooden tracks as well. This flexibility allows for more creative play scenarios and the ability to integrate with existing train sets. Overall, the Thomas and friends HDY59 Preschool Trains & Train Sets provide a colourful and entertaining experience for young children. With its compatibility with standard wooden tracks and a versatile use on different surfaces, it offers a great addition to any train set collection.
